Sessions can be done:

How it works
As a holistic health coach I look at the whole picture to help my clients with issues such as time management, anxiety, stress and eating habits. When you are living with balance in your life, you are living with peace and harmony every day. Balance comes in physical forms, emotional forms, and a spiritual form.
